Ingredients: 1 small cauliflower (cut into florets) 2 tbsp olive oil 1 cup grated cheese (Gruyère or Parmesan) 4 slices good bread Salt, pepper & red pepper flakes to taste Directions: Roast cauliflower with olive oil, salt & pepper until golden.
