Last week I had the honour of creating this 3 tier centrepiece for my sister in-laws wedding :) It was probably one of the most challenging cakes I have ever had to deliver, and I was kicking myself that I didn't just build the tiers at the venue. A fun, small and easy to decorate 3 tier wedding or engagement cake, using the #104 piping tip. This looks more difficult than it actually is, and I can pretty much guarantee if you practice piping lines on a plate, or flat surface, you will have the hang of it within the first 5 mins.
