My little trick on how to create super sharp edges on a cake, foolproof, every time :) If you look closely to the flowers, the stems have been completely covered in food safe floral tape before they are pushed into the cake. As an extra layer of prpotection, you could also feed the flowers through a straw and then into the cake as well. | Rosie's Dessert Spot

Last week I had the honour of creating this 3 tier centrepiece for my sister in-laws wedding :) It was probably one of the most challenging cakes I have ever had to deliver, and I was kicking myself that I didn't just build the tiers at the venue.
