Boursin Bruschetta Dip Appetizer The best dip of the summer!!! 1. 2 garlic and herb @boursincheese almost room temp 2. 3-4 tomatoes seeds and juice removed- diced 3. 3 - 4 garlic cloves minced 4. Handful of fresh basil chopped 5. 1.5 tablespoons Olive oil 6. 1.5 tablespoon Balsamic glaze 7. 1/4 teaspoon salt , pepper and chili flakes 8. More basil for garnish 1. Spread cheese into a shallow plate like a pie plate . 2. Optional, I baked my cheese at 350° for 10 minutes to soften. This is optional
